What is the return policy?

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please email me at KnitWit608@gmail.com as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to catch it in time, but I can’t guarantee your email will be received before the item goes out.

At this time, I do not offer returns on customized products. Since most of my items are handmade to order, returns are generally not accepted, but I understand that things happen—so I handle return requests on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your product, please reach out and I’ll work with you to find a solution.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

When will I receive my order?

Processing times range from 2–7 days, depending on the product. Once your item is ready, it will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2–5 business days for delivery.

All orders include tracking, so you can follow your package once it ships. Please note that once USPS has your order, they are responsible for delivery timelines, and any delays are outside of my control.

Are all of your products handmade?

Yes! Every item is handmade by me with care and attention to detail. I do not resell any products—what you receive is crafted by hand, from start to finish.

Do you offer customization?

Yes—some items can be customized! If you're interested in adjusting colors or sizing, please reach out to me before placing your order to discuss available options. I’m happy to work with you to create something just right.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do you offer wholesale?
